The beautiful property of Hutton Brickyards is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

Hutton Brickyards is home to many weddings, corporate events, festivals, community events, and celebrations. Our stunning property is set on over 100 acres as well as the home to 12 new suites that are currently under renovation at Edgewood Property. This new adventure, when open, will have an additional restaurant and bar area, 3-4 meeting rooms and the opportunity for full property buyouts. Position Overview:

Sales Responsibilities:

- Qualify and respond to leads and inquiries with general information.

- Enter into Tripleseat and track form submissions

- Upload all client lead information into Triple Seat

- Ensure Tripleseat documents, prompts, and templates are up to date and accurate - Maintain event’s (triple seat/ google) calendar for all departments including site visits, programming events, tentative holds, groups in house and reminders

- Print and distribute BEOs on meeting and event days

- Build, print and distribute Production schedule on meeting days

- Ensuring sales presentation materials, brochures and menus are on brand and up to date

- Coordinate with Front Desk site visits, event planner meetings, event day needs - Compile monthly and weekly sales/ event reporting

- Pulling quarterly commission invoices from Stay and Touch for sales

- Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed

- Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Corporate Director of Marketing maintains a regular social media presence on property social channels (Instagram and Facebook) in collaboration with the DOSE and CDM. This includes images, graphic design, copywriting, video editing and live digital programming on IG and Zoom.

- Maintain property websites to ensure clarity, visual integrity and accuracy.

- Supporting the Corporate Marketing Director with the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns to engage, inform and convert leads. Maintain multiple CRM databases of guests and lead contacts for optimal communication.

- Organize and maintain property and campaign assets using Dropbox.

- Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing advertising and marketing data - Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations

- Supporting the Corporate Marketing Director with communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use - Assist in the planning and managing of campaigns, event details and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts

Admin/Reporting Responsibilities:

- Set goals and track performance on a weekly and monthly basis to maintain a healthy rate of growth across our key KPIs including but not limited to: (Marketing) email database, website traffic, impressions, leads and corresponding revenue, (Programming) ticket sales, F&B revenue, guest reviews, growth of our offerings and quality of programming.
