PC Technician Responsibilities

The organization and deployment of a world class customer experience on every project.

Focus on coaching, training and developing a strong production team that drives to results.

Ensure the truck is prepared for the daily schedule including: fuel, chemicals, water, misc. supplies as needed.

Ensure truck is clean and maintained to the Magic Bubbles standard.

Appearance and professionalism are imperative. Maintain a professional job site at all times (uniforms, visible logos/signage left at each jobsite).

Drive to each jobsite and contact customers when in route.

Meet with customer upon arrival at jobsite, discuss services to be done and offer/quote additional areas as recommended.

Instruct crew as to which areas are to be cleaned in most efficient manner.

Upon job completion, perform walk around with the customer and collect payment (if needed).

Collect customer feedback and reviews. Encourage customer feedback and online review postings.

Ensure proper communication with COM team regarding job completion, add-ons, payment collection, and customer invoicing needs.

Notify the COM team of any onsite quotes provided to neighboring properties.

Flush chemical lines at the end of each day.

Monitor machines for regular maintenance and notify branch manager when service needs to be scheduled.

Submit maintenance requests to branch manager. (new supplies and any parts to be ordered)

Continuous on-going development of team members.

Provide feedback to the Branch Manager on opportunities to improve efficiencies and customer service.

Lead service specialist will be empowered to serve as main point of contact to their customer base in regards to appointment preparedness, service delivery and post-job quality inspection.

Background checks and Driving Records will be collected for all candidates.
