ATL is committed to providing quality service to our clients and promotes a culture that encourages employee safety and satisfaction.

ATL is seeking qualified Administrative Assistant candidates for our Watertown, NY Office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to division management and technical staff

Preparation of proposals, invoices, and reports

Answer and direct telephone calls

Assist with scheduling and dispatching of field staff

Position Requirements:

Degree in business or related field, or 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction and/or architecture/engineering field.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment
