Responsible for accurately entering and verifying identified data into the electronic medical record. Ensures patients receive exceptional customer service, answers patient calls, completes scheduling duties and complete insurance verification. Individual is orally and in written form fluent in English and Spanish. All duties are performed either in English or Spanish, as required by the clients and departmental needs. Simple translation tasks and interpretation at the basic or intermediate level may be required. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the missions, values and management of WakeMed Physicians.Experience Requirements:1 Year Healthcare Required - And Scheduling PreferredEducation Required:High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Business Administration Or Associate's Degree Related Field PreferredLicensure/Certification Requirements:Not ApplicableHours of Work:Varies, Mon-Fri 8a-8p, Sat/Sun 8a-4pWeekend Requirements:Every OtherCall Requirements:none
