Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a mid-sized stable environmental law firm downtown is looking for a dynamic, results driven5 plus years Litigation Paralegal to join their busy commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate should be ready to assist the attorneys with case work. Healthcare Compliance Manager

Our client, a leading healthcare company in Denver is looking for a 4 plus years Compliance Manager to provide compliance guidance and support to patient-facing Revenue Operations functions and teams on compliance related matters, including but not limited to, federal and state regulations and laws and other healthcare regulatory requirements that arise in a variety of patient support areas and specific hospital billing activities. This position will liaise between Revenue Operations, legal, and compliance to ensure Anti-Kickback Statute and other fraud and abuse risks are mitigated. The Compliance Manager assists in the management of the day-to-day compliance program, Patient Admissions, Patient Registration, Insurance Management and Education, Payor Contracts, Medicare Advantage Team, and other supporting teams. The Compliance Manager ensures compliance with and maintains a working knowledge of the Anti-Kickback Statue, the False Claims Act, Federal and State regulations and rules as set forth by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), as well as other laws and regulations related to the healthcare revenue cycle. The Compliance Manager identifies potential revenue cycle vulnerabilities through various methods, including conducting risk assessments, reviewing risk assessment processes, making recommendations for process improvements, and assisting in the development of the annual compliance plan. Bachelor’s degree required; JD/CPA/MBA or other relevant advanced degree or certificate in Healthcare Compliance a plus. 4 plus years’ experience as a legal, compliance, or auditing professional responsible for the support, development, implementation and/or sustaining of an effective compliance program. The Director will play a key role in establishing and managing administrative operations and processes for the firm’s twelve offices. The Director will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in aligning administrative resources with firm strategy; cost management; employee recruiting, engagement and retention; process improvement; systems development; risk mitigation; special projects and facilities management.
