CORPORATE COUNSEL

We are a national company and are seeking to bring on an aggressive in-house attorney to handle client and corporate matters.

Responsibilities:

Represent company in court

Prepare and draft legal documents

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

Previous experience in law

Familiarity with various legal documents

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Company is also in a Series A first round of funding and looking to go public within a few years. Experience with PPM's and Subscription Agreements a strong plus.

This position can be remote at the present moment, but will look for inhouse within the next 6 months
