Compensation:

$20-22/hour, paid weekly

Paid vacation (Senior Finishers)

Attendance bonus opportunity

Accident insurance [for you] provided

Availability of health insurance

Availability of hospitalization, cancer, and accident insurance for you, your spouse, and your family

Without any additional training, you must be able to:

Operate a walk-behind power trowel correctly

Screed without supervision

Finish by hand (float, trowel, edge, etc.)

Operate bull float

Set forms as directed

Tie rebar

Be available for overnight travel during the week

Have hand tools

Have transportation to job site/office

Without any additional training, Senior Finishers must also be able to:

Operate a riding power trowel correctly

Layout and set forms

Understand concrete slump, make adjustments in the field

Understand ADA requirements and slopes

Instruct Junior Finishers and Form Setters/Rod Busters
