THE ROLEUnder the direction of the Regional Chief Integration Officer, the Senior Manager, Employer Outreach Strategy will be responsible for leading the regional Employer and Broker Outreach efforts including the marketing and sales growth strategy. The Senior Manager will develop, coordinate and execute all aspects of the plan, partnering with the physician enterprise, regional leadership, local ministries and marketing and communications. The Senior Manager will oversee all aspects of event management for open enrollment and health fairs including screenings, manage per diem staff and track outcomes of events ensuring successful achievement of growth goals. He/she is responsible for expanding the number of employers and brokers the region is engaged with. The Senior Manager will manage consumer lead collection, collaborate with commercial health plans, and identify systems to automate nurturing and engagement to drive growth by partnering with marketing and communications. Overarching goals of the position is to engage with employers and brokers to promote the Network to retain existing business and grow new commercial lives/membership.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Developing, leading and executing on commercial lives marketing and sales strategy across all of Southern California by developing and managing strategies to achieve growth targets.

Coordinate implementation of strategy by working collaboratively with regional, local ministry, physician enterprise and marketing & communications stakeholders.

Analyze results of strategies and adjust as appropriate.

Building and nurture relationship with employers and brokers across Southern California and execute on outreach efforts in new markets.

Manage vendor relationships including contracting, compliance, performance and accountability.

Build relations and collaborate with broker and health plan sales teams.

Coordinate and manage all aspects of open enrollment, health fairs and screening events including management of per diem staff.

Manage event pricing and ensure proper handling and distribution of company funds and agreements.

Collaborate with commercial health plans on sales opportunities and account management, including performance reporting, as appropriate.

Organize and manage multiple tasks, including coordinating multiple stakeholders; schedules, materials management and lead management.

Manage data to provide insight and identify opportunities and strategies for additional growth.

Develop and lead outreach strategy across all of Southern California by building and executing on employer opportunities in new markets.

Present market opportunities and issues in the form of a business case assessing impact of growth or loss to key stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing for automate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes following lead collection and identify opportunities for outreach/lead nurturing.

Serve as PSJH spokesperson to employers, brokers and consumers.

Manage expenditures to ensure budget compliance.

Develop strategies that strengthen PSJH’s competitive position in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in business administration or related field is required.

A Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field is preferred.

A minimum of (5) years of professional sales experience and/or account management with 2 years in healthcare setting.

Event planning and coordination.

Management of staff / teams.

Health system, health plan or broker consulting field.

Bilingual – Spanish

Strong business and financial acumen.

Ability to design new and innovative ways to diversify or pivot strategy.

Creative and critical thinker in order to build programming in order to meet goals.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills that enable interaction comfortably with a wide variety of leaders.

Comfortable working with senior executives and physicians.

Excellent program management experience, including development of strategic plans, metrics, and monitoring processes.

Possess experience that demonstrates effectiveness in accomplishing objectives in a complex organization. Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives and functions within a geographically dispersed organization.

Proven ability to organize multiple projects, schedules, and demand to meet shifting priorities.

Demonstrated ability to study, understand, adapt, and respond effectively to a constantly changing environment.

Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to take the initiative and find ways of driving and executing multiple concurrent programs/projects despite ambiguity and organizational complexity.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.

Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with and influence others.

Ability to analyze data, consciously recognize any errors present and develop executive summaries based on interpretive findings; demonstrated ability to execute analytical thought processes.

Knowledge of health plan products, in particular those that are directly link to Providence Health Network.
