Description: Part Time to Full Time Handyman and helper. Basic construction knowledge helpful including knowledge of asphalt, masonry and carpentry preferred.
Applicant should have the following skills:
Must be able to work week days
You should be capable of heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds).
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
A track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements.
Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.
Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.
Experience in any of the following areas is preferred: asphalt, masonry, carpentry
Maintain a safe work environment.
Demonstrate persistence, strive to improve skills and achieve goals.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
