This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager, Global Downstream Marketing professional to join a team that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from the ground up. Edwards Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease in order to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives.As Senior Manager, Global Downstream Marketing, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the commercial marketing strategy for differentiated mitral and tricuspid therapies globally. You will be accountable for global downstream product marketing activities (launches, campaigns, initiatives), and will collaborate closely with our global regional marketing partners and upstream marketing team to enable successful commercialization of these innovative therapies. In addition, you will lead a team of marketers, balancing execution of effective commercial strategies with a strong focus on talent development.The time is now to join TMTT and shape mitral and tricuspid therapies with meaningful product launches that will transform treatment. Identify, develop, and lead global marketing strategies and implement tactics that leverage market trends, uncover unmet market needs, and enable new, innovative therapies to become standard of care

Research, analyze and develop a thorough understanding of global market drivers including, healthcare reimbursement, pending legislation, economics, regulatory requirements and competition

Collaborate closely with other global marketing colleagues (digital, clinical, upstream, and other product marketing) to leverage the latest information, processes, and methods in development and execution of strategy

Promote and utilize analytic methods to establish/evaluate all marketing programs, including analysis and recommendation of new strategic opportunities

Develop market models, market risk assessments, business cases and business metrics/dashboards

Align with regional and business unit strategic and tactical resource needs, by working with regional partners, during the annual marketing planning process

Collaborate with global & regional partners and digital / branding to develop and fine-tune strategic positioning, messaging, and creation of marketing materials and collaterals to effectively communicate value propositions and maintain consistency with brand and corporate guidelines

Develop team through effective use of coaching and IDP (individual development plans)

Manage the team and budget, prioritizing efforts aligned with the overall TMTT strategy

Basic Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years or a master’s degree and 10 years of marketing experience is required

Experience in Business, Economics, Marketing, Health or related field is required

Domestic and international travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-graduate degree is strongly preferred

At least 5 years’ experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical marketing environment

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Possesses good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization in order to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities

Consistently pushes self and others to achieve challenging goals and objectives with a track record of executional success based on integrity

Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement commercial strategies, convert these into tactical marketing plans and deliver results

Proven track record in executing multiple product launches

Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders through utilization of organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to persuade others of the course of action

Ability to motivate teams to achieve individual and program objectives required

Strong facilitation and communications skills as well as excellent organizational & project management skills

Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, and multi-functional partners
