OverviewWalsh is currently seeking a Quality Control Admin to join our Transportation Group in Inglewood, CA.The Quality Control Admin assists and supports the project team on assigned projects. The position works under direct supervision, performs routine daily activities and gathers and distributes information. Responsibilities

Proficient in Procore, SharePoint, and e-Builder for basic document control functions

Supports the Quality Control team with general administrative responsibilities including data entry, maintaining logs, preparing and maintaining training materials, and maintaining internal process documentation

Coordinates the printing and distribution process for engineering drawings and documents

Performs basic system maintenance and access requests

Develops and distributes meeting minutes and correspondence

Assists the Quality Control Manager

Coordinates quality training, schedules meetings, invites attendees, and tracks training compliance

Collects data along with related documentation for maintaining logs for secure information access

Qualifications

1 - 3 years of industry experience

Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products

Basic knowledge of Procore, SharePoint, and e-Build is a plus

Broad understanding of industry is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Functions effectively as part of a team

Dependability

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

Ability to understand and follow directions

Good time management skills and organizational skills
