Ground Development First Line Manager

As an Engineering Manager, lead a team of engineers and analysts with diverse backgrounds and skill levels developing key ground technology solutions for customer needs. Guide and mentor engineers in achieving their career goals and transfer knowledge as appropriate. Recruit and develop top talent leveraging the Boeing Internship program and other Boeing resources to assure a steady positive flow of new engineering talent. Develop and execute AGA ground development plans, implement policies and procedures and set development and sustainment goals. Establish and maintain customer relationships as well as partnerships with stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Coordinate with GDMS ground capabilities and associated products to develop and manage the AGA product line road map that should align with customers future needs and Ground Systems and Operations strategic plan.
