Honl Tree Care Looking for Crew Leader/ Climber/Arborist (Portland)

Ideal Candidate:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of tree work, including climbing, pruning, and removal

Ensure quality and safety on the job

Work to specifications of work orders and permits

Interact with clients in a communicative, friendly, and respectful manner

Clean work sites and care for equipment

Required Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of horticulture and arboriculture practices

Experienced and skilled in tree care and tree removal

Exacting attention to detail with pruning and other tasks

Ability to lift 50 lbs.; ability to work outdoors throughout the year

Ability to safely maintain and operate necessary machinery

Friendly and warm with clients, co-workers, and office staff

Reliable and communicative

Certified Arborist

2-3 years climbing experience

Working knowledge of modern climbing techniques (SRT, MRS, etc.)

Clean driving record

Able to pass background check and drug test
