WHAT WE NEED:

Panco Management is looking for a seasonal, part-time Pool Ambassador to join our team. A successful candidate plays a vital role in day-to-day management of the Pool Facility, while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism to our residents.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

Oversee the entirety of the Pool Facility, including but not limited to, pool, deck, lounge chairs, restrooms and sign-in area

Ensure compliance with social distancing protocols required by the CDC and Panco Management, and ask any residents who do not comply to leave the facility

Maintain a sign-in sheet for all residents entering and exiting the pool area and enforce maximum number of people in the pool area; if capacity is reached, prevent additional residents from entering until another leaves first

Confirm every resident has signed a pool waiver prior to entering the pool area

Responsible for cleaning all items listed on the Cleaning Log every two (2) hours and sign off on it

Clean and disinfect all furniture such as lounge chairs after the use of every guest; and properly mark and separate disinfect furniture from those previously used

Monitor pool area restrooms and enforce restroom guidelines set forth by the CDC and Panco Management, including but not limited to, requiring foot coverings upon entering and limiting capacity to enforce social distancing

Ensure all signage around the pool facility is not moved or damaged, ensuring the message can be read clearly by the residents

Notify Property Manager of any residents not complying with pool area regulations and socials distancing protocols

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Driver's License Required

Successful completion of background and drug screening required prior to beginning employment

Available to work a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays

Well organized, detail oriented and efficient and the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to work independently
