Women's Clothing Line - Studio Assistant (Beacon NY)

NFP is a rapidly growing High-End Women’s Sweater company seeking an energetic, highly motivated Studio Assistant to help assist at our Beacon store location in Beacon, NY. Due to Covid 19 we have increased online orders and the position would be working with the Store Manager to facilitate fulfillment of online orders, inventory organization, and additional projects as directed. Social Media and Sales Experience a plus. Looking for someone who has a desire to learn the ins and outs of a small fashion house and who is eager to experience working with a company in a rapid growth phase. The Studio/ Store location is following Covid 19 protocols and it is mandatory that a mask be worn while working with others as well as maintaining 6ft social distancing.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ecommerce:

- Assist store manager pulling, packing and shipping online orders

- Maintain organization of orders and help to keep tracking details documented

Inventory / Store Organization:

- Assist with inventory re-stock and maintain organized back stock room area

- Work with store manager to receive new Fall 2020 production.

- Count production received and organize into back stock as directed

- Maintain an organized labeling system of all new styles received

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient in Excel, Google Docs

- Fast learner, efficient and organized

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize and organize work

- Passion and interest in fashion and desire to learn

Compensation: Hourly pay based on prior experience
