House Cleaner/Housekeeper ($20-$22/hr)

Great pay! ($20-$22/hour) We care about our gals, because of this we have very flexible hours. You choose your own schedule and what areas you are comfortable working. As an independent contractor with 2 Local Gals, you will travel to our customer’s homes or offices (individually or in teams) to perform routine cleaning tasks as well as some organizational work. Your customers will love you as you assist them in regaining their time and confidence in their spaces. This is a part/full-time cleaning opportunity (25-45 hrs/wk) with possible hours from 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week.

You get to pick your hours using our online system, and the office schedules you accordingly. We offer competitive compensation, paid weekly through direct deposit. Many of our cleaners make upwards of $20 per hour depending on their experience and efficiency. We are also offering a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

DEPENDABLE – When we promise to be at customers’ homes, we don’t mess around! You’ll need a dependable car AND a valid driver's license to get to our customers’ homes. Being on time, every time, is a hallmark of trust and respect.

HONEST – We require each candidate to pass a nationwide criminal background check, drug screens, and display a high level of honesty and integrity at all times.

ENERGETIC / GO GETTER– This is a fast-paced, physically and mentally challenging job! You’ll be doing a lot of bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking. You should be able to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS – When you speak or write, it should always be professional, clear and concise. English doesn’t have to be your first language but being able to read and write English is required.

DETAIL ORIENTED – We expect our professional cleaners to notice every detail to ensure customer satisfaction.

MULTI-TASKER - We are constantly juggling many different tasks at one time. It is very important to be able to manage your time effectively to ensure you complete your projects on time.

Qualifications

Must have a reliable car

Must read and speak English well

Must have valid drivers license and social security card

Must be dependable, hard working, and honest

Must be drug free (we do drug screening)

Must submit to a background check

Must understand that this is an Independent Contractor position
