We run refrigerated trailers and it would be nice to have some knowledge of them but not a must.

Our trucks are mostly maintained by Penske.

Manage shop and upkeep all equipment to DOT standards

Must be organized

Communication and social skills for working with drivers

Tires, Brakes, Oil changes, electrical(abs, lights)
