$800+ per day - Owner/Operators - Box Truck Final Mile Deliveries

MUST HAVE A 26' BOX TRUCK W/ A 13' TALL ROOF

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE INSTALLING HOME APPLIANCES (washers, dryers, stoves, wall ovens, fridges, dishwashers, and OTR microwaves)

MUST HAVE A TWO MAN TEAM (DRIVER & HELPER)

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL OVERNIGHT ONCE PER WEEK (Hotel cost is covered by us)

Details

We are seeking 1 or 2 additional team’s to help us with deliveries/installations throughout the Chicago area. Trucks are LOADED for you, must leave your truck parked at the facility. This work is a mix of furniture and appliance deliveries/installations. 2/3 of your stops will be drop offs and ⅓ of your stops will be installations. Teams that are hired must be willing to stay in a hotel once per week.

Stops are a mix of

-Garage/loading dock drop offs

-Threshold drop offs

-Room of choice drop offs

-In-home installations (only ⅓ of stops are installations)

What You’ll Be Delivering

Appliances, furniture, wine coolers, tv’s and kayaks

What You’ll Be Installing

Appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, wall ovens, fridges, dishwashers, and OTR microwaves)

If the team can do built in fridge installs that is a plus

Wine coolers (simple installation)

Furniture (simple installation)

Pay

Local Route

-16-21 stops a day on average, tight routes and very simple work. $45 per stop, $720 for 16 stops, $945 for 21 stops. You will average around 18-19 stops per day.

Overnight Route

-30 stops over a two day period. $52 per stop, around $1,560 for the two day trip

-You'll be traveling to Milwaukee/Green Bay in Wisconsin and Lafayette, South Bend, La Porte, Nappanee in Indiana for overnight routes.

Schedule

5 days a week, M-F. Saturdays possible. This account is year round, so it will keep you busy even in the slow season.

Scheduling, Routing, and LOADING are taken care of for you. Leaving your truck at the warehouse overnight is required as it will be loaded for you. Simply show up, collect your route and you'll be on your way. And no customer service calls necessary for scheduling, routing, or timeframes. Just call the customer when you're on your way.
