Seasonal Driver

Start Date: August 1st-15th and finishes on or around November 15th, + or – 15 days

Positions Needed: Driver – 2 positions available

Compensation: $1,500.00 per week (7 days, 12 hour shifts) for work completed during the 2021 harvest season. Payment will be direct deposited via your bank account bi-weekly at a rate of $1,500.00 per week. You will be compensated at an hourly rate and any hours worked over 40 per week will be paid at the lawful overtime rate per hour. A bonus will be added to get your pay to $1,500.00 per week. Onsite Housing includes bathroom/shower facilities and kitchen, Laundry Facility, Travel Expenses, Cable TV, Onsite Wireless Internet. A Sign-on Bonus will be paid at a rate of $100.00 per week will be paid upon completion of the 2022 harvest season.

Employer will arrange and pay for airline tickets to and from Illinois if the entire season is completed. As a courtesy, onsite housing will be provided for the duration of the season.

Employment Requirements: Valid driver license, clean driving record, physically Fit (a necessity for working environment), (Forklift Experience is a plus)

Job Description: Drive flatbed trucks to pick up product, strap bins to trucks, drive forklifts, empty and wash out empty bins, maintain vehicle cleanliness, assist with additional tasks as needed.
