The Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role intended for future career-growth within the company. This role is primarily responsible for serving the customer through assessing their needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. Successful individuals in this role will learn all aspects of running a shop, which will lead to long term success.

Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75% of the time (about 30 hours per week)
