If this sounds compelling, join eBay!The opportunityAs Lead Product Manager in Structured Data organization, you'll be responsible for leading the definition, design and delivery of products and features that enable sellers to accurately define their inventory and improve buyer purchase experience. You will work closely with cross functional team of product managers, engineers, analytics, design, regional partners and with our seller community to help define the key set of product capabilities that will make us the platform of choice for our sellers and buyers.What you'll do:

  • Drive a comprehensive product roadmap to deliver high quality features and new products that provide value to our buyers and sellers. Set product prioritization with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment in technology platforms.
  • Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development team.
  • Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical, user and business worlds.
  • Deliver on the most effective set of product solutions and go-to-market strategy for eBay customers.
  • Build and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Understand and synthesize data to make informed decisions and monitor change performance.
  • Drive a culture of quality, customer-centricity, scalability, and reliability.
Who you are:
  • 8+ years of strong track record of product management experience. Ideally have previous experience building customer centric data/platform products delivering values to buyers and merchants.
  • Passion for everything related to data, technology, and innovation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in translating complex business needs into technical solutions
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team across different time zones
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically savvy (prefer a technical role in past, or Computer Science Degree)
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
