This exempt position exercises managerial responsibility at a level as indicated by the job title and commensurate with the indicated salary grade. This is a multi-discipline position which can be assigned throughout the company as appropriate.The primary functions are to perform laboratory tests on human specimens, provide constant and direct technical oversight of the test activities of other laboratory personnel and to review assays and release test results.Reviews overall performance of the laboratory, Including, but not limited to, quality control, quality assurance, reported reference ranges, and type of reports submitted to clients.Assures compliance with the standard operating procedures and safety requirements of Esoterix, CLIA, CAP and other regulatory bodies.Assures that the quality of laboratory results is at the highest practical level.RequirementsLicense/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.A./B.S. with 7-10 years of experience in related field.Shift1ScheduleMonday - FridayAs an EOE/AA employer, the organization will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status.
