Description SHIFT: Day JobSCHEDULE: Full-timeThis is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.The Business Information Developer Consultant Senior is viewed as an expert in the development and execution of data mining analyses and contributes data and analysis to a small team of problem solvers with the goal of optimizing Payment Integrity value in the BlueCard space.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: With a consulting mind-set, contributes data and analysis to a small team of problem solvers with the goal of optimizing Payment Integrity value in the BlueCard space.Undertakes complex assignments requiring specialized technical knowledge and a problem solving mind-set. Partners with team to establish goals and direction. Establishes and maintains advanced knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues. Develops and supports complex Data Warehouse-related applications requiring design and implementation of database tables. .Qualifications Qualifications: Expert level skills in Excel, Access, and SQL Server (preferably including ETLs into SQL Server) is required. Ability to draw conclusions from data is required.Ability to independently structure and conduct analyses to test hypotheses is requiredAbility to communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization is preferred. Knowledge of BlueCard data and processes is preferredFamiliarity with Payment Integrity processes/functions is preferredKnowledge of Payer claim data is requiredRequires a BS/BA degree; 6 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
