Customer Product Data Administrator

Adecco is assisting Celestica in recruiting for a Customer Product Data Administrator job in Portland, OR. Receives, logs, and converts Customer's product data into formats used by our systems.

Creating and/or modifying Bills of Materials, preferred supplier information, and Engineering Change Orders (ECO), schematic diagrams and other similar technical information. Ensures product data is accurate and complete. Ensures all data is stored per established guidelines.

Disseminates notification of data readiness and/or distributes data as appropriate.

Provides basic product technical data setup support for printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or other related company products.

Inspects for standard quality requirements.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Product Data Administrator jobs:

Engineering Foundation Competencies

Basic knowledge of the manufacturing process and ISO 9001/9002 requirements

Ability to enter detailed data from source documents into various databases with speed and a high degree of accuracy

Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in relevant business applications

Good spelling, grammar, composition and basic math skills

Ability to efficiently organize, file and retrieve hard copy and electronic information relating to the business of the work unit
