Position: Hotel Front Desk Accounting Professional
Employment: Shifts 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm. Must be able to work weekends and be flexible.
Pay: Bi-Weekly
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Degree or Higher
Experience:
Expertise in Accounting ; Communication Skills; Customer Service
Ability to Multi Task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent work ethic and professionalism
Knowledge of Computers ; Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email)
Essential Functions Include But Not Limited To The Following:
Accounting Skills: Collects and posts proper payments to reservations such as room, pet, and extra charges to guest folio
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guest along with creating room keys for guests
Promote the hotel's Wyndham Rewards program to gain business and provide incentives to guests
Answer multi-line telephone calls and sets up guests' wake-up calls
Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions within the vicinity of hotel
Checks out guests and ensure guests had a positive experience
Provides and ensures high-quality guest relations: receives and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy
Makes Manager on duty immediately aware of any guest complaints or concerns
Attends meetings and training as requested
Making sure the common areas are neat, clean and presentable.
Ensures laundry is continuous.
Uphold the integrity of the hotel buy ensuring guest satisfaction and excellent
Other duties may be assigned based on company needs
