You should have solid experience with the following:

Cell Phone & Computer Repair (batteries, screens, etc.)

Excellent knowledge of computers

Web Design & Internet Technology

Understanding PC & Mac hardware and software

Paid Computer Tech Internships also available if you're great with computers and have excellent customer service skills and want to improve on your tech knowledge.

All applicants must be fast learners, possess diligent work ethic and excellent customer service skills. Be ready to take the hardest test you've ever taken so we can separate the amateurs from the true multi-talented techies

Job Details:

-Check in computers at repair shop

-Assist customers with retail computer parts, cables and questions

-Assist lead tech in daily duties

-Assist in virus removals, OS reloads, etc.

-Occasional Tech House Calls to setup wireless, troubleshoot networks, etc.

-Help with Web Site Maintenance, Updates and Web Marketing

-Learn/Use Illustrator to create flyers & pricing labels for retail store

-Assist customers with a myriad of questions related to software, phones, computers, bitcoins, web

technology, tablets, streaming devices, etc.
