Boulder Law Firm Receptionist

Our client, a dynamic and great law firm located in Boulder seeks a friendly and professional receptionist to join their expanding office. Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a leading Boulder general practice area seeks a 4 plus year's plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal with a minimum of five years of experience to assist attorneys with pre-litigation and litigation matters. Successful candidates will have experience with the following skills; Prepare legal documents and correspondence, Request and manage medical records and case documents, Administrative duties, File correspondence and other legal documents, opening and closing client matters, and maintaining client contacts, Prepare demand letters and other communications to insurance companies and lien holders, Interpret rules of civil procedure and local rules in state and federal court, Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts (CCE and various Federal District Courts CM/ECF), Ability to docket/calendar case deadlines, Ability to prepare disclosure statements and discovery responses, Ability to draft various motions, proposed orders and summons, Assist with trial preparation, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent written communication skills to edit and proofread correspondence and legal documents, Ability to interact professionally and effectively with both internal and external clients on all levels, Great interpersonal skills with a “can-do” work ethic, Ability to be resourceful in addressing issues and requests with limited direction, and can proficiently carry out recurring work and special projects independently, Document management experience (NetDocs is preferred, but not required), Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional (bates numbering, headers/footers, redaction, etc.) The client promotes a teamwork environment for collective achievement and personal growth. The IP Specialist ideally will have 2 plus years of patent prosecution experience or 3 plus years of working at a high-volume law firm with a very busy caseload and kind of an assembly line type legal practice. The IP Specialist must have exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, a team-oriented and positive attitude, the ability to quickly learn new skills, superior oral and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Intellectual property experience is highly preferred as well as work experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the skills previously mentioned is required.
