- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or related.
- This position requires travel of at least 20%.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience in all facets of human resources
- Knowledge of HRIS (Success factors preferable)
- Prior experience using an ATS
- 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH
- 12% bonus eligible
