Salesforce Developer - $145k Base Salary + $30k Bonus (Hybrid)

A client of mine - a top asset management firm - is looking for a mid-level Salesforce developer with at least 3 years of Salesforce development experience to join their collaborative and ambitious Salesforce team. Ideally they want someone who is ready to take their career to the next level, seeing as they are big on giving existing employees promotions internally.   • You will work in the development team to design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com (SFDC) and additional custom applications
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to analyze proposed enhancements in functionality and provide analysis and solution design expertise
  • You will customize Salesforce to match business requirements assuring data quality
  • You will support the day-to-day running of the business within Salesforce, which includes interacting with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners.
  • Design Application Components and build applications and the interfaces between them

  • Serve as an active participant in all stages of solution delivery

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF, Lightning), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience developing lightning solutions for complex Salesforce implementations
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
  • Is comfortable using the Salesforce Administrator toolkit (reports, data migration tools, validation rules, objects, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in an Agile Framework
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices
