Computer Future is currently working with our large telecommunications client to hire a Sr. Manager IT Salesforce in either Charlotte or St. Louis. The Sr. Manager IT Salesforce will be focused on managing members of the Salesforce Operations team (Application Developers and Business Analysts) in delivering solutions on the Salesforce.com application platform in multiple environments (UAT & Production) supporting multiple Salesforce orgs.

Technical Skills/Abilities
  • Gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and development experience.

  • Integrating Salesforce.com with other applications using web services and other technologies
  • Use of APIs, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, and Visual Workflow to develop extensions to native functionality
  • Experience implementing Salesforce.com platform end-to-end solutions, including data conversion and post-production support and troubleshooting
  • System administration, including user management, environment planning, and workflow, approval, and message configuration
  • Tool experience to include Bitbucket, Visual Studio (VS), and Jenkins is desired as well.
  • Experience using SQL Additional Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO Design

  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience leading others and providing constructive feedback

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
  • Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations
  • A team player with the ability to enable changes in the business processes and ability to work cooperatively with all groups is essential

  • Ability to multi-task and handle on a proactive basis, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment in order to maximize time-management and efficiencies
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully distill complex technical information into clear, concise yet comprehensive communication material

  • Demonstrated ability to meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
  • Demonstrated work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Proven knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area
  • Ability to exercise, on a regular basis, independent judgment and discretion in performance of job duties
  • Ability to recruit, motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
