- 3 - 5 years of experience working in Identity Access Management technical delivery team
- STEM or related degree
- AWS certifications (or 2-3 years experience) in AWS DevOps, Security, IAM
- AZURE certifications (or 2-3 years experience) in AZURE IAM, Security
- Previous, hands-on experience with build and deploy of PKI, certificate management, smartcard, Ping, or RADIUS solutions
- Experience with Install, troubleshoot, configuration of:
- PKI, digital certificates, smartcards, RADIUS services, Ping MFA clients/authenticators/enrollments
- Windows Server OS, Windows Desktop OS, Unix OS, Apple iOS, Apple MacOS admin/setup
- AWS cloud service management:
- EC2 build, logging + monitoring, network and security, AWS CLI, AWS admin console
- Windows and Apple Key Store management and troubleshooting
- Unix LDAP, Windows AD, Windows LDAP configuration, troubleshooting, setup
- Manage work from agile backlog
- ServiceNow configuration item management
- Strong written and oral communication
- Able to work with broader, technical team while also able to directly support customers
- Can work independently, with little day-to-day direction
- Support engineering team in building, configuring, deploying, and supporting large, enterprise MFA solutions – primarily centered around PKI, SSO, and RADIUS – by completing assigned hands-on technical and non-technical tasks.
- Support engineering team by helping to monitor, update, and deploy necessary IAM and security services within cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, Azure)
- Support engineering team by updating any necessary user, operational, and/or internal engineering documentation related to any changes/updates/fixes made.
- Provide L1/L2 escalation support for supported MFA services.
