About the Role: NVR is seeking a Capture Manager in Chantilly VA to join our Corporate Growth team. As a Capture Manager, you will help accelerate NVR's growth in the federal civilian market by developing, overseeing, and executing strategies and plans for specific opportunities/pursuits and is accountable for winning new business. Job description:

  • Establishes and maintains business relationships with internal and external customers. Develops IT projects to meet the business needs of the customers.
  • Ensures that IT initiatives are met in a timely manner and within a prescribed budget.
  • Identify, qualify and lead new Business Development in assigned accounts
  • Grow and maintain long term relationships with existing clients and increase NEW Client base.
  • Consistently prospect, pursue, and close new business/marketing initiatives. Ability to identify new leads and prospects, generate call lists, and obtain client meetings. Cold and warm calling skills; experience dealing with and managing objections.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities as well as increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Build relationships with contract employees at established client sites through different activities including weekly lunch meetings, etc. Seek out additional opportunities through contact with consultants on assignment and client companies to grow NVR business.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Staffing Administration and Human Resources department as it pertains to the onboarding and separation of contractors.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of NVR policies and procedures in order to effectively promote the company.
  • Understand and utilize market trends, mission priorities, and customer goals to envision, shape, and close opportunities
  • Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with the Government executives, Program Managers, contract management offices and industry partners that drive growth
  • Manage the development of Request for Information (RFIs), and Request for Proposal or Quote (RFP/RFQ) responses in conjunction with other NVR Teams
  • Act as a liaison with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Task Leads to identify customer challenges and potential for organic growth of existing task orders
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Business Development, or Government Affairs
  • Knowledge of healthcare, sales, federal and state government
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Strong presentation skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word a must
  • Project Management and/or Business Capture experience
  • Offshore team experience is a plus.
