The Implementation Specialist is a key player in the successful implementation of internal and external client projects. Shall be responsible for client onboarding activities and configuration and Provide project oversight, technical direction and functional support while guiding clients through the implementation process. Position: Implementation Specialist Location: East Brunswick, NJ (hybrid) Job Length: Long term Position Type: FTE Responsibilities Shall conduct client implementation and training on our products and systems for: New clients Existing clients who require re training or need to train new employees For a successful result the general duties and responsibilities include: Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of several concurrent projects Analyze client needs and prepare Statement of Work, Business and Functional Requirements documents as needed Performs and/or Oversees the onboarding of new clients to the Axletree Platform Manages and completes all aspects of implementation projects include Analysis, Design, Implementation, Support and Documentation Works collaboratively with sales, product, integration, and technical teams to design & configure applications to meet client goals Contributes to the documentation of implementation processes, onboarding best practices and educational resources Responds to and manages client inquiries and support tickets as needed Ensures that critical milestones are being hit during the onboarding process and manage the process for assessing and addressing risk Collaborates with Clients and Project Managers to build and execute project plans to implement by validating and exceeding client and internal expectations Confidently lead, motivate, and influence the team in a fast-paced environment Creates and peer-reviews system/software documentation from product development teams, such as system requirements, system design specifications, technical and functional system design, configuration control requirements, etc. to understand and stay current on client changes Performs other related duties as assigned. May perform special projects upon request and on occasion. Educational Pre-requisites Bachelor's degree in Computer Science related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience is ideal for this position. We can consider other relevant education. We prefer a minimum 6+ years' experience in Client Management handling multiple projects. Experience in software onboarding and implementation Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present both technical and nontechnical information Customer service skills; understanding and focusing on clients' needs; establishing credibility; and building positive, professional, relationships with clients to become a trusted and valueadded business partner Knowledge of Messaging formats such as ISO, SWIFT MT, SWIFT MX, BAI, EDI is a plus Working knowledge of Databases such as MySQL Team and interpersonal skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Strong time management, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Attention to detail Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities Strong problem-solving techniques Ability to multi-task while managing conflicting priorities Ability to define and follow process Ability to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Client Satisfaction Oriented
