Location: Tampa, FL / Irving, TX (remote for a while) Hire Type: Permanent / Full Time Required Skills: 1. Spark 2. Hive 3. Java / Scala (Either one of them) 4. Cloudera / AWS / Azure (Either one of them) Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages including Big Data technologies Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Scala, Python, Hbase, Hive, Cloudera / AWS / Azure is required Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, REST Services Familiar with development tools such as Jenkins, Git/BitBucket, Jira etc. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines Understanding of architecture and design across all systems Working proficiency in developmental toolsets Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture. -Harsh Pandey
