Camaloch is hiring a bookkeeper and assistant to the Association Manager that will report and record financial transactions, accounts payable, payroll for employees, organizing meeting minutes, while offering customer service and communication to our community.

Our bookkeeper and Assistant to the Association Manager is our first line of customer service to our community and handles a variety of questions and meetings in person and over the phone. Working closely with our Association Manager, this person is responsible to track our finances using Quickbooks, producing detailed financial reports for the boards and committees. A wide variety of tasks to communicate with association members, vendors, and Camaloch Employees will also be part of the job description.

This is a Full-Time 40 hr/wk position, working at our offices during normal business hours.

Qualifications and Essential Skills

Familiarity with:

Quickbooks

Microsoft Office

Google Docs

Ability to Multitask

Ability to Offer Kind and Personal Customer Service

Ability to Handle Conflicts and Complaints

Ability to use Multi-line Phone Systems

Ability to use Point of Sale Systems
