7 years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance. Already at the controller level ( Assistant Controller ok ), if straight public, already a Manager or Sr Manager in Audit

Experience in nonprofit/real estate/construction accounting and/or auditing.

Management Experience, this position will be managing 4

Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management, board and external partners.

Nice to Have:

Master’s Degree and/or licensed CPA a plus

Experience with LIHTC and the affordable housing industry, and MIP and/or Yardi software
