Find your future with us.Boeing is currently seeking a Leave Management Services Team Lead to join their team!Utilizing industry expertise, the qualified candidate will lead the Leave Management Services team to deliver a high-quality, healthy absence management program.A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to form relationships throughout the enterprise.Position Responsibilities:Engage with business partners to drive and deliver on absence related strategies and initiatives

Utilize industry-based design/standards to develop and lead team (both internal, and suppliers) toward the most effective operational strategy

Build relationships with suppliers, and perform oversight, to ensure the highest quality delivery with end-user focus

Provide enterprise level thought leadership on monitoring and evaluating customer concerns, issues, and satisfaction and to anticipate customer needs

Perform workload management based on known/incoming project work, as well as ongoing statement of work

Ensure high standards are met across the team

Look to best practices for employee experience and benchmarking to ensure the right focus to identify and strategically plan to get feedback from employees and HR partners

Work with applicable delivery partners and vendors to ensure alignment on employee experience and communication

Recommend and provide rationale for employee experience changes

Apply strong knowledge, understanding and experience in absence management

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Mesa, AZ.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of global employee benefits and HR experience

5+ years of experience administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes

5+ years of experience with systematic problem-solving skills

5+ years of experience managing leave of absence, or absence management, in an outsourced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higher

5+ years of experience with processes analysis, processes development, and process improvement

5+ years of experience developing and leading business strategy

5+ years of experience managing supplier relationships

Typical Education & Experience:Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.
