Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services is currently looking for a Product Support Program Manager (Level L) to join the team in Hazelwood, MO .This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Leads planning and integration activities for stand-alone support program(s) or major support business/program element where business needs dictate

Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities

Manage employees and coordinate with first-level managers performing activities related to Program Management

Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor degree

3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience developing and implementing large-scale, high impact integrated organizational plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved

3+ years' experience with DoD programs

Knowledge of Product Support Elements especially Technical Publications and/or Logistics Support Analysis
