Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) team located in Tukwila, Washington or one of the listed location options.This position will support Labor and Integration Estimating. This position will allow you to influence the development and negotiation of Government proposals. We are looking for a change agent to bring innovative ideas to meet the organization’s acquisition goals.Position Responsibilities:Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program

Develops, prepares and validates estimates and prices

Evaluates requests for proposal, substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals

Develops estimating and pricing methods

Evaluates and develops business cases

Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)

Develops and maintains pricing models

Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements

Develops/applies/maintains rates and factors for estimating, pricing and proposals

Performs compliance activities including policy and procedure development, system/tool deployment and training delivery

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field

2 + years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

2 + years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Basic understanding of proposal process

Experience using Data Analytics to drive decision making

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working in dynamic and diverse teams across multiple functions
