Job Description: Perform inspections, daily checks, and oversee the final assembly in the manufacturing of HVAC equipment, partially assembled or finished HVAC units and control panels. Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities : Performing daily inspections of each job to insure travelers are provided by Project Managers.

Ensuring that the quality control procedures are carried out on each project.

Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per customer’s specification, by daily inspection of each project.

Develop and maintain inspection procedures and techniques, throughout the construction, pre-commissioning.

Report on daily inspection and testing activities and inform project managers when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.

Maintain Quality Control records. These documents are scanned to job file.

To carry out the preparatory, initial and follow up inspections per scope of work.

Ensuring that all equipment is completed satisfactorily and accepted by Manager before delivering to the customer.

Work with Service department on inspecting P.M. job and Service jobs.

Meet with Customers in the field on problem jobs, to resolve problems.

Work with Engineering on design reviews for new projects.

Review all Quality Control documents before they are scanned to job files.

Work with sales and Project Managers to insure we produce a Quality Product.

Education and Experience :

5+ years of operational/manufacturing experience in a leadership role (project management, cost control, safety, quality systems, direct supervision, etc.)

2+ years of experience with Quality Control.

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong relationships

Familiarity with ISO processes
