Provide product availability to customers, order status, including pricing and shipping details. Provide options and solutions that will drive an enhanced customer experience. This position will partner closely with our Plants and Sales team to provide accurate information to customers.Answer inbound calls with an elevated customer experience approach using the first call resolution process. Inbound calls include: product availability, order status, pricing and shipping details to customers.

Process email requests and inquires.

Process credits based on complete research to ensure proper credits are being applied.

Use basic upsell and cross sell techniques to provide product and service alternatives.

Prioritize rush orders and special requests.

Provide proactive solution based support and product recommendations via verbal and/or written communication directly with customers.

Collaborate and build cross functional relationships with internal and external customers; including within their work team.

High school degree or equivalent required

0-3 years customer service experience

Decision making

Analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication
