In this job, you’ll be responsible for providing analytical support to program managers leading our Charge Ready suite of programs for electric vehicle (EV) charging.As a Senior Specialist , your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!As the eMobility Senior Specialist , you will help ensure the success of our Charge Ready programs by providing critical day to day support to program managers and leadership. These goals will be accomplished through the following activities:Performing research and analyses to support strategic Transportation Electrification programs and pilots.

Leading key data gathering, analysis, and reporting compliance deliverables.

Developing dashboard to support program operations and processes.

Supporting program pipeline management, including collection, review and approval of customer and vendor documentation.

Communicating directly with customers and vendors regarding program requirements.

Leading small projects in the spirit of continuous improvement to overcome technical and process-related challenges.

Reporting on capital and O&M expenditures and program/pilot metrics to achieve corporate goals.

Developing or assisting in making presentations to the Senior Executive Team (SET), department and division management, and other interested parties.

Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

QualificationsThe essentialsFive or more years of experience with quantitative, program, project and/or financial/business analysis.

Proficiency with MS Excel.

The preferredBachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or other Quantitative Field.

Knowledge of the Transportation Electrification field.

Experience building reports and ability to track, analyze and maintain the accuracy and integrity of large amounts of data using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and databases.

Experience in dashboard and reporting creation using Excel, Sharepoint, or Power BI.

Ability to interact with SCE customers, vendors and other third-parties.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with peers, clients, management, and other organizations.

Ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.

You should know Work Mode: When a return-to-office date has been determined, this position’s work mode is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
