You will be supporting three directors that lead our Centers of Excellence. This role provides administrative support and project support to multiple team members. You will be expected to utilize your decision-making skills to proactively prioritize productivity and ensure successful execution of team goals and deliverables.As an administrative assistant, you will…Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings and/or travel for the directors and their teams with high attention to accuracy and detail

Provide support for meetings, trainings, seminars and activities for department

Serve as point of contact for departmental inquiries and respond or escalate as appropriate

Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization and communication

Coordinate space, facilitate moves and setup for new partners, including obtaining necessary computer equipment, phones and other office supplies

We’d love to hear from people with:Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

3-6 years (minimum) of progressive administrative experience

Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts, and the design of solutions as a member of the team

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to build relationships
