Command Center Radio Operator/$35-$40 hourly

Pono Security is in immediate need of a skilled Command Center radio operator, with a starting rate of $35-$40/hour!

Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent situational awareness. Prior experience conducting radio operations is prefered. We need someone who can remain calm in high-pressure situations, and relay information concisely and correctly.

Responsibilities

Radio Management - Implement and utilize proper radio protocols and etiquette during the course of a high-profile event.

Reporting – Must be able to write concise and detailed incident reports and follow-up reports. All reports will be digital, utilizing your smartphone.

Uniform

Pono will provide you with a full event-related uniform.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent is required

- Security guard training certification preferred

- Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred

- Must have a reliable source of transportation

- Must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to excel in your position

Schedule

Daily, 15-24 JUL 22, with actual shift times TBD.
