Agile Scrum Master

job summary:

• The role enables Agile transformation for the organization. The role empowers and guide the team through multiple cross functional initiatives for timely completion of business objectives.
• Manage and govern Various aspects of work related to projects deliverables/milestones, stakeholders management, client interactions and blocker remediation etc.
• Support horizontal services to meet enterprise project and compliance deliverables
• Provide up to date milestone status/blockers for management review
• Excellent understanding of JIRA as work management tool and SAFE Agile framework
• Manage multiple streams and applications and support enterprise change compliance activities

• End to end project implementation/design experience on Hadoop/Big Data/Infrastructure
• Certified Scrum Master and relevant experience to lead teams
• Excellent coordination / follow up skills (assertive and proactive personality) including ability to develop milestones and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace, high volume, team environment (ability to multi-task is very essential)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work unsupervised. Must will be able to manage own time, meet deadlines and know when to escalate
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the environmentHadoop, Safe Agile, JIRA
