2. Pleasant phone voice and professional manner;

3. Persistent in communication with prospective customers;

4. Organized and self-disciplined;

5. Proactive and Presentable in tradeshows;

6. College graduate;

7. Familiarity with PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;

8. Ability in managing relationships over the phone is a must; and

9. Knowledge in the banking/financial industry is a plus.
