Job Description My client is on a mission to change the landscape of pet health, starting with radically improving the pet food industry, but their ultimate goal is to create innovative and delightful experiences across all aspects of pet care. They're looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to continue building their architecture powered by Node.js and AWS, that supports multiple web applications and services. This is a full-time position and based in NYC, but open to a hybrid or fully remote work environment. To date, they have raised over $150M in funding, and have delivered over 200 million personalized, freshly-made meals nationwide. As a senior engineer, you'll be responsible for building the subscription-based e-commerce business, delivering detailed experiences, and work with data, operations, and customer experience, to develop software to power the fulfillment pipeline and subscription management features. Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience
- Recent experience as a Backend Software Engineer, or Full Stack Engineer with a backend focus
- Node.js
- AWS
- Interest in leading projects
- Experience with peer reviews
- 100% Backend with Node.js and AWS

- Salary range is between $150,000-$185,000
