Kelly IT is hiring for an Sr. LMS-Sales Enablement Platform Implementation Specialist in Foster City, CA for a 6 month project.For consideration, please email your updated resume to the recruiter at tauri.hayes@kellyservices.comSr. LMS-Sales Training Implementation SpecialistFoster City, CA7/2020 - 1/2021Pay: $41.07/hrPosition Summary:The Sr. LMS/Sales Training Implementation Specialist is responsible for building relationships and providing excellent service to stakeholders interested in implementing commercial LMS/Sales Enablement Platform. This role will act as the main contact while actively working through the implementation process supporting the stakeholders with any issues or questions that arise. This role will also serve as a liaison to sales, LMS vendor and IT as needed. In addition, this role will assist with the administration of the new LMS/sales enablement platform including migrating, adding and updating eLearning course files from existing LMS to the new LMS.Essential Duties Assist commercial global stakeholders through the LMS implementation processes Coordinate with the LMS vendor for successful LMS implementation in US and across the globe (US, EU, APAC) Assist sales with questions on the implementation process and LMS compatibility Partner with IT staff through the LMS Implementation process Together with IT, track LMS usage, alert sales to any overages and disable access as needed Maintain SCORM Cloud libraries with most up to date online courses for use Manage the change management of the LMS implementation process Assist content migration from existing LMS to new LMS Coordinate writing of project-related SOPs, as necessary Create and maintain an overall project plan Overall responsibility for satisfactory process and communication for the LMS project Create a LMS Project Working Group, comprised of members with adequate knowledge and training to ensure project success Ensure project meets all regulatory requirements for including USFDA part 11 compliance Communicate project information to interested parties as assigned Create and distribute LMS project meeting minutes Develop and track costs, resources and other financial information Manage the contract and deliverables, and work with LMS vendor to ensure satisfactory process and fiduciary responsibility Manage and ensure proper documentation of LMS training Communicate launch plan with affected parties and ensure launch readiness Perform and coordinate LMS testing, validation and documentation Manage access and levels of permission for LMS users and administrators Become a LMS superadmin and assist in training Coordinate and attend LMS project working group meetings as needed Perform cross functional communications to drive the LMS project Escalate any stalls or roadblocks Create, track and measure project milestones Obtain complementary documents and associated approvals as required for each step in the project, such as validation scripts, specification documents, SOP writing, training sessions, etc. Maintain project documentation Reconcile LMS vendor deliverables as needed for the project Understand project-specific deliverables (eg, sandbox environment testing, departmental specifications) and ensure timely completion of project activities Other duties as may be assignedRequirements Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience with any LMS implementation, configuration and maintenance Minimum of 8 years related experience Working knowledge of SCORM standards and learning management systems 2-3 years of industry project management experience or equivalent Basic understanding of IT systems infrastructure and ability to successfully communicate to multiple levels of technical understanding Experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as actively contribute to project teams is required Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to communication cross functionally Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Self-motivated Computer skills: Knowledge of Office 365 Ability to navigate and learn systems Strong attention to detail and complex problem solvingWhy Kelly ® ?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
