JD: Infor ERP LN Functional Consultant - Finance More than 10 years of experience in Finance domain of a Manufacturing Company with 5+ years on Infor ERP LN Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent Job Description: ERP Support LN 10.7 Finance - General Ledger, Account Payable/Receivable, Cash Management, Taxation, Fixed Asset Candidate with d/EPM skills will be preferred Knowledge of multi country specific localization requirement will be added advantage Must have good experience on Finance Consolidation across countries, multi-currency reporting, budgeting and planning Performs Problem solving and Root cause analysis Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications Experience in supporting Large ERP Environment & Adherence to SLA Strong verbal and written communications skills Infor M3 Solutions Architect JD The Solution Architect is responsible for proposing specific Infor solutions / functionalities that fit within the customer's business environment and business objectives and can be shown to address the customer's business problems and exploit opportunities. The Solution Architect is able to understand customer business drivers and the current IT environment. The Solution Architect ensures solution feasibility and proposes a roadmap to realize the solution. The Solution Architect is deployed operationally across multiple solution domains utilizing their broad knowledge of the Infor solution portfolio to identify the components required to construct the most appropriate solution for the customer. The Solution Architect is typically engaged full time as part of the project delivery structure and has experience in multiple industry segments such as MFG, A&D, High-tech and /or Discrete Manufacturing. Role & responsibilities will include: Ownership of end-to-end solution including but not limited to Infor-M3 ERP and all supporting/edge applications (e.g. Projects Module, Factory track, d/EPM) Overall solution design, application configuration, testing and validation Ability to decompose large complex problems into manageable pieces allowing communication on both business and technical levels. Skilled at presenting to C-level audiences focusing on demonstrating the business value of solutions rather than technical detail. Knowledge and experience in the application of Infor architecture engagement processes and tools Providing strong leadership to change control board to help control scope, priority, provide change request impact analysis and protect the solution stability and health. Providing high level solution design impact to leadership, drive to decisive decisions, and then guide delivery teams in understanding and building the solutions. Doing FIT/GAP analysis and disposition requirements appropriately as per business needs. Advance overall approach for workshop planning and execution Build and/or assist with deployment strategy and cut over plans Partner with segment and enterprise architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise principles, methodologies, and approach Partner with Environment and security leader to ensure alignment Partner with QA leader and security leader to ensure alignment for testing approach, execution and quality Partnering with BAs, and application product owners to evolve the applications within the solution Provide hands on support in functional areas as needed. Support the review and deployment of feature changes Experience needs - Requirements: 7+ years of consulting experience with core Infor-M3 ERP and at least 2+ years of experience with LN cloud platform. (examples include but not limited to leading cross functional design workshops to gather user requirements, Identifying and establishing scope, and parameters of requirements analysis to define project impact, outcome criteria, developing functional design specifications, and metrics) At least 2+ years playing a LN Solution Architect role. Experience with extensibility and custom workflows. Experience with systems development lifecycle planning and/or Agile Methodologies, cost estimation/economics, requirements gathering. Functioning (Hands on) knowledge of core LN application configuration (including, but not limited to org structure, master data, manufacturing, sales, order management, procurement, warehousing, logistics). Exposure to Infor edge applications such as IBP, d/EPM, Factory Track, Infor OS. Must have working knowledge of development work as related to reports, interfaces, conversion, extensions(extensibilities), and forms. Must be experienced with LN security features and be able to guide governance board on business roles as per segregation of duties Additional + points 5+ years playing a M3 Solution Architect role managing a complex solution set. Consulting Experience in the MFG, A&D, Automotive, Hightech, Discrete MFG industry. Working Knowledge of the agile methodologies and a product mindset. Working Knowledge of Infor out of the box productivity solutions such as Personalization, mingle home pages etc. Working knowledge of M3, Manufacturing execution systems, planning and optimization and how they all work together Strong written and communication skills IT Security Lead - ERP System - Onsite Key Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to analyze security requirements and recommend solutions to system administrators. Manage user and security roles in compliance with defined procedures. Develop a standardized policy, standard, process, or guideline for the Infor M3 security. Develop an access control audit process to ensure sensitive roles are tracked and monitored. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, supervisors, and external parties. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT and understanding of the ERP system. Infor M3 preferred. 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience in ERP systems.
