Summary: The Enterprise Operations Engagement team provides world-class technical support to Meta employees across the globe. Our mission is to unblock every individual’s impact. We are looking for a Regional Operations Director to build and execute a scalable support strategy and grow a talented team in multiple office locations across the Bay Area. This role is responsible for the quality of our overall regional IT service delivery. This is a leadership role that requires strong people management and interpersonal skills. This role is expected to synthesize business requirements, feedback and technical data to drive impact for our customers, working in partnership with our Customer Experience, Quality and Data program teams and regional peers. The ideal candidate must have strong cross-functional technical skills, including but not limited to Linux/PC/Mac desktop support, hardware, networking, audio/visual, video conferencing support and project delivery. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.Required Skills: Regional Enterprise Operations Director Responsibilities:Provide leadership, strategy and overall regional direction of Enterprise Operations related functions.

Build and maintain strong business relationships by engaging business leaders to understand business goals, market insights, challenges and priorities.

Influence Enterprise Operations peers to develop strategies, ensuring that regional needs are represented and aligned with the business.

Plan and drive program enhancements through defining, optimizing and managing effective business processes.

Drive organizational design and people leadership, including developing hiring strategy and resources into a strong team.

Lead with a consultative approach when working with internal customers and act as a local leader for Enterprise Operations.

Drive adoption, prepare the team for new product/service releases and stay on the forefront of emerging industry practices.

Manage budget, effectively balancing business needs with financial investments.

Partner with Enterprise Operations Communications to represent the region at the global level and, in turn, effectively promote transparent communications back to the region.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security and general controls, bringing awareness to any local additional restrictions or complexities.

Represent Enterprise Operations at the local leadership/cross-functional level and on crisis management teams.

Travel, as needed (about 25-50%), domestically and internationally.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:8+ years of experience managing regional IT at a multinational company.

5+ years of experience leading a global IT support organization that provides support using customer service and interaction skills.

Experience working for a technology company in the past 3 years.

Leadership and strategy management experience across a technical domain and across multiple geographical locations.

Demonstrate working knowledge of core IT systems and processes.

Experience in growing/scaling an IT organization.

Experience adapting and managing shifting organizational structures and matrixed reporting with a focus on driving support services.

Experience problem-solving IT technical issues at regional level.

Experience with but not limited to client platforms, e-mail architecture, networking, infrastructure, security, applications, business intelligence and audio/visual technologies.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the domain of Sales, Human Resources and Finance.

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
